When you click the arrow to start the session, the end user will be prompted to swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or swipe down from the top right corner of the screen on iPhone X) and start AirPlay screen sharing to complete the process. Enter the nine-digit code displayed in the SOS app on your customer's iOS device. Run the Splashtop Business app on your computer and click the SOS (plus sign) icon near the top of the app to open the SOS connect screen. If already in the FaceTime app, tapping anywhere on the screen will display the FaceTime controls.SOS is a great value and costs much less than other attended support tools. If the parent is not currently in the FaceTime app, tapping the top left green bubble (indicating an on-going call) will display the FaceTime controls. Then, the remote parent willing to share their screen must be the one starting screen sharing – for privacy reasons, this cannot be done remotely by another person.
